09 Ram 1500 wont start

started yesterday and was working fine. went out today and it just clicks once. tested
battery and its good. also had starter tested and it's good as well.

One "click" usually means a bad starter. Could be corrosion on the wires but I'll bet on a bad starter. A "test" at a parts store doesn't mean a whole lot really.
