First I would try spraying starter fluid in the throttle body to see if it starts . If it doesn't its not a fuel problem. If it does and you have replaced the Fuel pump. Fuel filter, The EFI relay is good.. They I would check for other relays that effect the fuel delivery. In my particular vehicle very old but fuel injected i have three things that control fuel delivery . The EFI relay, the fuel pump relay, and an open circuit relay.
