Jeep Grand Cherokee misfire p0303

I have a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a
p0303 code. I tested the compression in the
3rd cylinder and it’s reading zero. What’s my
next step? Could it be a stuck valve?

Most likely. If it was the oil rings it should still register at least some compression. Unless the cylinder itself is gouged. Regardless you're going to need to pull the head to find exact cause. Backfiring would hint at intake, unburned gas would hint at exhaust
