My e 350 has a squishy sound while driving. What could it be?

Are you referring to water slouching around? Maybe the cowl drains are clogged? Low on coolant? Sunroof drains clogged allowing water in the car?

Check for clogged Evaporator drain, find the evap drain tube under the car and blow compressed air in the tube hole. Dirty nasty water may gush out , as debris has kept the water from fully draining out. Check your coolant level, sounds silly but low coolant can cause some of these problems. Air in the coolant system may also be the culprit. As poster above stated, also check for clogged door and windshield drains.
