09 Chevy impala died while driving.. Can't find issue

Asked by 09impala_ak Aug 10, 2016 at 01:04 PM about the 2009 Chevrolet Impala 1LT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car died after one minute of driving. I
have checked fuel pump, changed a
thermostat sensor since that's what the
comp said it was. It's still not starting.. It will
turn over but not start. There is no
distributor cap but an ignition coil pack.. But
customer service rep said none of those
would cause my car to just die..

Help please

Again Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.
