Anyone know what the cause is..

My Saturn Outlook 2009 XR first the radio started
blitzing out off and on and the lights would say
engine power reducing some times randomly, Then
the truck got to where it didn't want to accelerate
over 30 or 40 unless we put it in low gear in 3rd,
then one day it shut off and wouldnt start back up
when I was at a store, radio works windows work
locks work, just won't start, anyone know what the
cause of this could be..

sounds like low battery voltage,have the battery and charging system tested at a reputable place.
