Saturn Outlook Xr 2007 won't start. Replaced the battery about 3 months ago.

Rebuilt the transmission a week ago, replaced the battery
and now it won't start. The radio and all the lights go in but
now there's a clicking sound but the car won't turn on.

When I had my transmission replaced, the mechanic took it to GM dealer to have the car reprogrammed to the new transmission.
