How can fix belt squeal noise on cold start stay until engine warm up?

I already replaced the belt, belt tensioner ,
pulley, but the keep coming back, please

getting glazed somehow one of three options you can sand the belt with 80 grit top and bottom but be careful not to get your fingers in the drive pulleys, second you can put baby powder on the belt see if this helps, and or replace the belt with a higher quality belt, if it is a gatorback from goodyear it is gonna keep doing it, lots of problems with them some even make the engine sound whiny

It is not just the belt, I replaced new one but the noise was still there in the morning.

Pontiacs are notorious for power steering pumps being noisy also
