They are both the same thing and those words are used interchangeably enough to confuse just about everybody. It's like hot dog and wiener. The accumulator is a black steel unit about 4" in diameter and maybe 10" long where liquid refrigerant collects just before passing through the orfice into the evaporator on your A/C system.

2004 saturn Vue 4cly 5 speed >>the battery light came on car was running but lights went out . Checked the battery fuild it was low. add water..not sure if i should have and had someone jump start it...

My vue serpentine belt and tensioner pulley had to be replaced recently ok so I drive it a 1 mile it overheated but the antifreeze levels no change it still had plenty
