Running rough at stoplight

I have a 2009 Cobalt and recently when at stoplight it starts running real rough
and almost dies. Any suggestions?

Check for vacuum leaks. Is the Check engine light on? Then I would scan for the OBDii trouble codes. How old are your spark plugs?
