when driving long distance on freeway tranny down shifts then up shifts to o.d then down shifts to drive from o. to drive

How is the transmission fluid looking? When was the last time you tuned it up? There's lots of variables to consider.

I checked the transmission fluid and it looked good.. I just bought the car it was parked for two years I have not gave it a tune up..

May not hurt to service it,change filter,and trainsmission fluid as bohomark, said.it has been setting a while all so.

If it sat for that long its best to change everything. All fluids, filters, plugs, wires and flush the radiator. They are super fun cars to drive. But why was it parked?

Bought it off an older lady who had no use for it...she just had it parked on non op...
