My engine is driving me craaazy

Hello, I have a 2008 jeep grand cherokee that I
bought but the car has been sitting for almost
2yrs before I got it, so its been licking coolant and
if I drive its there is this grinding noise that is
coming out from the engine.... is it still safe for me
to continue to drive before I fix it or not safe

If it was sitting for two years, then yes, replace and fix the coolant leak, replace the oil, and fuel out of the tank if you haven't already. Replace the plugs and maybe even the other fluids like trans, transfer case and brake fluid. It's up to you if you want to keep and drive it.

I wouls not drive it til u do what's recommended above. The grinding noise might just be the brake rotors that have accumulated rust over the years by just sitting there

If grinding noise is heard when vehicle is not moving, it's probably bad water pump and that' explains the coolant leak
