check your door seal, if there is no visible damage or tearing clean it off and remove any debris. if it is damaged you will have to replace it.

well if you can find where the leak is on the outside of the window you can get some silicone and patch the hole, it won't last forever but you can get the leak to stop, just make sure the windshield and the hole are dry before attempting to seal it. you also might want to put some painters tape down so you don't get silicone in unwanted areas.
