Kia Spectra Speed/Odometer not working

I have a 2008 Kia Spectra w/automatic transmission and without ABS. After a few minutes of driving, the speedometer will quit working. So far I have tried replacing the two speed sensors on the transmission, the instrument cluster, and the wheel sensor. I have also placed a diagnostic tool on the vehicle and when the speedometer goes to zero, there is still a speed reading to the OBDII port.
