Thumping Noise When Turning Left

I just had the compressor, serpentine belt, front pads and a/c recharged on my
car.  Now when I make a sure left turn I hear a thumping noise. Any idea what
this means, and how much it will cost to fix? I'd go right back to the mechanic
but I had it done 240 miles away. Thanks.

Thank you. Turns out the splash shield wasn't secured properly when brakes were replaced.
