Noise when I make a hard turn

I have a 2004 Honda CR V (which I
LOVE). Whenever I make a hard turn,
like out of a parking lot it makes a lot
of noise. I was told its from the rear
differencial. Is this correct and does it
cost a lot to fix?

If the noise is clicking I would suspect a CV joint.
