Honda CRV 2008 EX AWD transmission oil change

I have Honda CRV 2008 EX AWD having 186000km, but i have still not
changed the transmission oil, my mechanic says don't change it now it may
cause problem, please advice should i change it, and which transmission fluid
is good for this model.

All you have to do is change the CBT oil the transmission is made out of rubber bands they say it cannot be rebuilt but every 50,000 mi you change the CBT oil you can get that at Walmart 40 bucks for 5 quarts that's what happened to mine I have a 2009 we changed that oil and it has been running fine ever since
