I need help with my alternator

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 08 Yaris, and I just removed and replaced the alternator. The car
starts, but now the AC, Blower Fan, Turn Signals, Windows, Door Locks,
Side Mirrors, Rear Defogger, Radio, all do not work. However, the car does
start, and only the head lights, hazards, dome light, and instrument panel
warning lights work. Also the the TPS warning light is flashing. I believe I
checked all the fuses, and they are good. Or am I over looking a fuse?  Oh
also, I cannot shift out of gear either. I never ran across the issue before.
Has anyone else ran into this? Please help.

If the new alt. had to charge a low batt. you may have damaged it . Better check the fuses again .

I would make sure whether it actually is the alternator or not because many years ago when my car was new, I had to replace the starter for some reason. I would buy used parts too because they’re just as good as new parts these days. I love my yaris because it’s so affordable with easy repairs. I’m leaving to Europe very soon so take advantage of my super low price of $5,700.
