My car shuts off when Im at a stop sign or red light.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE to RESTART your vehicle at a stop sign or red light, your car has not "died" -- your vehicle has an engine designed to conserve fuel ("shutting off") when the brake pedal is held down but "restart" once your foot is off the brake/on the accelerator pedal. Is this a sincere question? I mean, if you bought the car, wouldn't you already know that this "shutting off" is a gas-saving feature of the car??
