Why won't my cobalt turn over. Battery fully charged.

Won't turn over. It just clicks. Battery fully charged. Check engine light on.

Check that your battery connections are clean and tight. Does the rest of the electrical system work? Lights, heater fan, stereo, etc. After that I'd suspect the starter, but there are also lots of switches and relays etc in modern car electrical circuits so you might need some professional help at this point to avoid wasting time and money looking for the problem.
