Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My beautiful car that I saved a lifetime to buy is now a musty stinky totaled mess because
some j**kass designed the sunroof drain outlet with a 5 cent piece of rubber or plastic
that won't let the washed in debris out. Don't buy this car!!! You will regret it!!! This is a
common problem.

In order to save even ounce of weight so the manufacturer can improve the fuel mileage requirements mandated by the government, they use cheap, light weight crappie parts. Can you get to the drain hole and blow some air up it to see if you can dislodge whatever is causing the problem?

That's what I've been doing for the last three years but the pressure has dislodged the drain tube from the drain pan and now the water drains directly into the car. I have to completely disassemble my headliner and my dashboard to fix this problem. The damage has already totaled my car.
