Why do i smell exhaust inside my 2008 Aura when I get on it a little bit?

I can smell exhaust when I pass on the highway or speed up? It also sound like i can hear the outside noises while driving.

Will do, thanks. Why would i be able to hear outside noise like it is coming thru the vent on the driver side?

You could have a leak in the connection between the headers and the exhaust system. It's a flexible fitting that sometimes comes apart. That would result in the noise and exhaust smell that you are experiencing. Have them check your motor mounts. The mounts may be worn/loose and allows the engine to move more than it was designed to.
