2008 M5 Vanos Issue....one of my vanos devices is making a noise like a bearing is worn especially when its cold. Should I be concerned?

I know the vanos oil lines are prone to leaking, so insufficient oil delivery to the vanos system may cause premature wear. Have you noticed any oil around the vanos unit or the oil lines? You pretty much have to keep these Bimmers filled to capacity with oil since it flows to the vanos, so make sure you're not low on oil also.
