2008 Ford f250 8 cylinder gas no heat. All gauges read good

I live in Long Island NY and it seems that all the gauges are reading correct
but I have lost my heat.

Could be the Heater Control Valve in the heater hose under the hood, or an HVAC Blend Door Actuator under the dash. That is if the heater core is not plugged up and the engine gets to operating temp.
