i have a 2005 ford f250 it has no pwer

poor 6 liters never had much power to begin with. the turbo on those are variable vane and alot of times they will tend to stick from either rust build up or carbon build up. if you take them off and clean off whatever is making it stick and apply some anti seize to the suface where the vanes ride it will fix them. but then again it could be just about anything. does it run good when you get to higher rpms?
