Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I installed a new battery terminal on my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 and
afterwards I went for a drive. When I was pulling out of a parking space it felt
like the brakes were applied. I parked in a lot near my house and tried
reversing again. It felt like I had the brakes applied it just move around half to
3 quarters of throttle. put it in drive and same problem. Anyone have any
suggestions on what it could be?

The rear brakes could be locking up especially if they are rum brakes by pure coincidence , the retaining springs could be worn out , Was the wheel is hot/warm after driving it like that ? Or it could be related to having the batt unhooked and the ECM needs to be reflashed

Watch out for driving with those RUM brakes. They can be dangerous!
