Check to see all air is purged from the system after all these cooling system repairs. I would now suspect that the cooling system temperature sensor is sending a false signal, meaning that your system is NOT really overheated. However, if it really is overheated, check the radiator cooling fans coming on at the right time. Could be bad fan motor, relay, fuse, controller (sensor).
