are the brake lights connected to the neutral safety switch on a 1992 acura integra ls?

New brake switch, bulbs are all good, wiring is in great shape but no power to brake
lights, all other lights work.  With the console off I can press on the safety switch and the
transmission lock out will engage

the horn and brake lights are in the same fuse, the horn works, brake lights don't
