Kind of confused? Get it out of 2wd? Did you mean 4WD? If so, I think you can not get it out of AWD.. As it's all time AWD all the time...

The all-wheel-drive system available on the Santa Fe is an 'on-demand' system. This means that in normal conditions, the car operates as a front-drive 2WD vehicle. But when sensors detect a loss of grip at the front wheels, power is automatically redistributed between the front and rear axles.
