i have a 02 for winstar that only blows air conditioning true the  defroster i cant change it the controller not working

www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2MG58ZJTrc -- check this out. Possibly just a vacuum hose unhooked on fire wall. If not that it's probably a blend door issue.
