08 PORSCHE CAYENNE S disconnect battery??

Im storing the car for 2.5 months and was wondering if I should disconnect the
battery?
If so, is there a simpler way to disconnect it?
It seems really complicated.

A small charger of 1 or 1.5 amps that keeps the battery topped off. Check Amazon.
Yes you plug them in. I am sure you can close the hood if you are careful.

By the way. F_O_R, can I leave it until the battery dies and plug it in later with a battery tenderizer? Would the battery's condition be ok?
A battery tender is not powerful enough to charge a dead battery, they are for maintenance only.
Letting your battery die on such a car is a bad idea - see tennisshoes comments.

Would it help if I were to unplug the fuse that is related to the ant- theft system and remote control key connection?
No. Just use the tender and you won't need to worry.
I agree with the above, just buy a battery tender and hook it up to the battery and plug it in. No need to do anything else to the vehicle except maybe fill the fuel tank, add some fuel stabilizer and drive it a few miles before parking it.

What about if you are leaving the car in long term parking for 6 months? Any other options?
