Since everything was replaced the problem can be with any of those parts. You'll have to determine which item is at fault. Checking the calipers, rotors, and pads should be relatively easy. Does it bind only when the brakes are pressed, and not releasing? It's not unheard of to have defective parts out of the box.

It also appears you may have only replaced the brake components on one side. This could be the problem also.
