Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi,
Two of my power windows don't work.  They went out at separate times a couple of months apart.  Both stuck in the up position.  I've checked the fuse in the engine compartment, I swapped out the rear window with one from the passenger side (still doesn't work), I've checked the wire bundle in the driver's door jam (couldn't find any kinked or broken wires, and just ordered a master switch to try that.  Any other advice?  Thanks in advance.

What about the window motors ? Try this hold window switch in the down position and tap on window motor with a hammer if is starts to work replace motor also you can test power going to window motor with a test light.

You can also have someone hold down the button to lower the window, while at the same time clasping each side of the window with the palms of your hands and pushing down. If the motor seems to "catch" the motor is bad.
