Could be a pinched wire in the boot between the two hinges of the door. Remove the switch cluster on the door and begin probing with a 12 V multi-meter to see if power is getting to the window switch portion of the cluster. Disconnect the wire bundle from the switch and make sure there is no corrosion. If you can determine wire combinations, use a jumper to see if the windows will work if the switch is bypassed.
