Headlights taillights dash light and interior ceiling lights Pulsating

I have a 2005 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 . My
outside lights plus overhead lights and dash
light is flickering/Pulsating . When the suv is
not running all lights work perfectly but when
the engine is running manly in idle / sitting at
a traffic light that’s when the lights strobe .
But seems fine when driving . I have replaced
the battery and just dropped a new alternator
in it . Any help would be appreciated

Battery and alternator is brand new just installed them both . And had both of them tested again just to make sure the new one was good ..
