car shut off while driving in low speeds 30mph to 40 mph wont start

wants to turn over cranking ..I hear fuel pump. Starter fluid in intake nothing. Cleaned map sensor.. don't think alternator or starter are issue gas says 1/4 of a tank don't think that spak plugs and cables were replaced month 3 weeks ago recent oil change week ago do have a system with 2 12s not sure battery is old but still works comes back bad but I need car to start

I had same problem with mine Ford Mustang I was driving an cut off few times I hear fuel pump turn on an starter an alternator was all good battery Caples was not in good shape so I fix it mine car still got a gas issue when I put gas in wants to act up everytime
