Hello sammyzed-- Yopur problem with the 2003 Ford Mustang is probably an injury, not a chronic defect, meaning it can be fixed. You might have a problem with a strut mount or bushing or a sway bar or a steering stablizer bracket. Let someone knowledgeable take a look from underneath. Good luck from Bovan.

Talked to another owner who had same problem. Dealership had to straighten the frame. I tried to change out springs/shocks to no effect.
