repack Wheel bearings?

On a '66 do the wheel bearings need to be re-packed occasionaly, or are they
sealed for life?

for wheel bearing adjust. With wheel and drum rotating,torque adjusting nut to 17--25 ft lbs. Back off adjusting nut 1/2 turn. Then tighten nut to finger tight, install nut lock and cotter pin. good luck. You can double check this info.

I would repack them every time you do the brakes.
