whats a good psi on fuel for a 306 small block?

If you mean the base fuel pressure for an EFI 306,stock 39psi with the regulator vacuum line plugged.

Remember, If You Go Bigger On The Injectors For More GO, You Will Need More Psi To Push In The Go-Juice. Any Changes To The Engine? Cold Air Intake? Cam? Header? Exhaust Size?
