Why is my 5.0 shifting hard

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought 5.0 few weeks ago and one thing I
was told was a racing clutch has been put
on, it gets tricky to put in reverse but shifted
relatively smooth for regular gears, up until
I drive on a hot day today and hard a f**k to
shift in traffic, especially to 1st gear, the
other day I got my fluids checked at jiffy
lube,  had them check my tranny, it's a
5speed btw. And they said it's leaking very
little but it's full.

I always been sceptical on how they go through this whole check list a page long for the signature oil change, checking all the fluids..for my jeep they some how checked literally all the fluids and changed oil in 20mins
