2006 2.0 Andi a4 turbo

My car will just turn over but will not start it's
getting fuel to motor bit it acts like it's not
getting fuel it is getting spark to but it does
not even try to start could the turbo have
anything to do with it not starting what
happens if turbo is out will call still run

fuel pressure valve maybe ? or perhaps a dirty fuel filter ? have you been puting anything lower then 91 octane in the car ?
