B1 means the sensor is located on the same bank of the engine that has the #1 cylinder. B2 is located on the opposite bank. S1 means the sensor is located BEFORE the catalytic converter. S2 means the sensor is located AFTER the catalytic converter. --- which motor do you have?

If its the 3.0 L fwd. It will be the second sensor in the exhaust pipe coming from the exhaust manifold that is in the front of engine bay. ( manifold closest to the radiator). Follow pipe backwards it will be the second sensor in the pipe.
