Ford Explorer sounds like a jet engine.

I have a 2007 4.0 Ford Explorer.  The fan clutch is continuously engaged and
makes my car sound like a jet engine.  It is loud and annoying.  I've replaced
the transmission, radiator, fan clutch, thermostat and sensor; yet it still sounds
like a jet engine.  Any ideas?

I would have to be there with the hood open to listen to make an educated guess. Have a mechanic near you look it over. Did the sounds just start one day or did you buy the vehicle like this? Did you buy a thematic fan clutch by chance?
