2007 Chevy impala over heating

I have a 07 Chevy impala that keeps over

heating. I replaced the radiator fan since it was

falling apart thinking that was the issue now the

right fan looking towards the car won’t turn on.

I’ve replaced fuses as well. I don’t know if it’s

wiring, thermostat or sensor that would cause

the fan not to switch on. Anyone have the same

issue and able to fix it?

When does the vehicle overheat? While you're driving and the vehicle is moving? Or if you're sitting still, like waiting at the bank drive thru? It may be that the engine is not getting hot enough for both fans to come on. Try this, unplug the coolant temperature sensor then start the engine. The check engine light will come on, ignore it. Both radiator cooling fans should come on immediately at high speed. Hope that helps! Jim
