I Havre 2009 Chevy Impala when the
car isn't moving it blowing out cool air
when I'm driving the heat is great what
is going on ?

sounds like circulation problem, maybe low on coolant? or a hose could be blocked seems like an easy fix, but make sure your not overheating. Check coolant level, hoses and maybe even thermostat
