Any suggestions for stalling/not starting issues for '99 Acura TL?

Car will stall sometimes while driving, and won't start at other times? Heard it might be the ignition but that they did not fix the part? How much does it cost to replace ignition?

The problem in the past. with my 1999 TL included, was a faulty ignition system that was a manufacturers recall. My car was a used purchase and it costed me around $ 200.00 done locally when Acura was a freebie under the recall even after many years had elapsed. It is worth a check to Acura for correction of the problem.

I have the same issues. The Acura dealership told me that my ignition switch is fine and wouldn't replace it. They said it's usually the optimizer, so I had them replace that. It's still stalling on me and has gotten worst. 99 Acura TL also has fuel pump issues and apparently the EGR valve collects a lot of junk and needs to be cleaned out every 75K miles or so. The mechanics can never figure it out. I'm so over this POS.
