Most likely the fuel pump is burned out. Try spraying a little bit of starting fluid down the throttle body and see if it will run a few seconds on that. If it will it's the fuel pump. The gasoline flowing through the fuel pump cools and lubricates the pump motor. When you run the pump dry it will quickly overheat and burn out. Hope that helps! Jim

Probably needs a new fuel pump. You have to drop the gas tank (middle of car) to get at it. It would be a good time to replace the tank float mechanism too. Fully inspect the gas tank for pin holes as they develop on these older Fieros quite easily.
