Any help with my high idle problem

I have a 2007 honda civic that has a high idle when
start or if you put it in gear it move fast with put
pressing gas i have change the throttle body but it
still do the same thing what should i do tp get it
back to normal idle

check for vacumn leak see if you hear a hissing noise.

I already did that


my buick lasabre is doing same thing, after i changed the transmission fluid it is better, dont know why.
