Battery disconnect

If I disconnect the battery to clean the terminals will the car stereo lock out?

I have disconnected my 2002 Corvette Convertible battery many tines and never effected the radio, even the station selections are still there. I do have problems with different things like ABS, Column Lock etc. giving codes after the battery is reconnected saying they need to be serviced but never the radio.
