My 2003 Acura TL 3.2 air conditioning/heat wont blow, I have no idea what could be the cause?

My air conditioner/heater displays "ON", but it wont blow anything. At first, it would kick off and on, but now it doesn't blow at all. Also, not sure if its related, but my Acura also recently started over heating while at a complete stop but cools off quickly when I start moving again and sometimes it acts as if it is slipping and/or gonna die when I first start the engine and put it gear. Can anyone point me in any directions?
